How to use: Cilantro Chili Mash

Cilantro Chili Mash

As a Marinade 

Add 1 tbsp per pound of protein and let sit for 20 minutes. 

Try this on: chicken, beef, pork, tofu, and trumpet mushrooms

Give Your Grains Some Game 

Add 1 tsp of chili mash and 2 tsp olive oil per cup of grains, then cook as usual 

Try this on: brown rice, couscous, quinoa

Spiced-up Spread

1 tsp per 1/2 cup of mayo, sour cream, or yogurt 

Try this on: sandwiches, salads, or as a dip!

Refrigerate after opening.
