Our Story  

Chef Sarah Germany’s line of products was born when she began taking excess produce grown in local farms and turning it into a line of hot sauces, small batch seasonal sauces and jams. Since then, she’s continued to expand her partnerships–creating healthy, flavorful foods from excess crops that would otherwise go to waste. 

Using locally grown fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, Chef Sarah crafts delicious sauces that contain no added sugar and no artificial flavorings.

Some are also designed to offer relief for people suffering from allergies, gastrointestinal issues and other ailments. And, unlike many large-scale commercially produced sauces, they’re not just hot. Instead, they’re filled with the distinct flavors that can only come from fresh, unadulterated ingredients.
